How much does a bespoke Jiofit garment cost?
Jiofit’s bespoke tier begins at ₦850,000. Fully hand-beaded pieces, which take considerably
longer to make, begin at ₦1,500,000. The final figure depends on fabric, detailing and the number of
fittings your design calls for, and is confirmed in writing after your consultation.
How much do the ready-to-wear Essentials cost?
The Essentials Collection runs from ₦250,000 to ₦350,000 in Nigeria. Outside Nigeria the same
pieces are priced on the Remote-Fit tier, from £133 to £186, or $185 to $259.

Ordering from outside Nigeria
Does Jiofit ship internationally?
Yes. Jiofit ships worldwide from Lagos. Essentials pieces are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days within Nigeria, and international fulfilment may take up to 10 days before the parcel enters transit.
Can I commission a bespoke garment without travelling to Lagos?
Yes. The Remote-Fit tier is built for clients in the diaspora. It includes a guided video measuring
session, progress and fit videos as the garment is made, tracked international shipping and remake
protection if the fit is not right. Remote-Fit prices are quoted in GBP and USD and are anchored to those
local markets rather than converted from the naira rate.
Who pays import duties on an international order?
The purchaser is responsible for any import duties or border tariffs applied by the destination country.
These are charged by your own customs authority and are not included in the garment price or the shipping
cost.

Consultations and timelines
How much is a Jiofit consultation?
A virtual consultation runs 40 minutes and costs ₦200,000, or £106 / $148 outside Nigeria,
payable at booking. Physical fittings at the Lagos studio are complimentary, by appointment.
Is the consultation fee credited against a commission?
Half of it is. If you go on to commission a garment, 50% of your consultation fee is credited against the
final invoice. The remaining 50% is retained as the consultation fee and is non-refundable. The credit is
valid for six months from the consultation date and applies to a single commission.
How far in advance should I book?
For a wedding or another major event, book your first session at least six months ahead. That timeline
allows for fabric curation and several rounds of fittings without compressing the work.

Deposits, delivery and exchanges
What deposit is required to start a commission?
A non-refundable deposit of 80% secures your production slot and begins the work. The remaining balance
must be cleared in full before the garment is collected or dispatched. Because bespoke pieces are cut for
one person, commissions are non-refundable once the deposit is paid and fabric has been acquired.
Can I return or exchange an Essentials piece?
Essentials may be exchanged for store credit if they are completely unworn and still tagged. The window is 24 hours for Lagos clients and 72 hours elsewhere in Nigeria. Sale items are non-returnable, and bespoke
commissions cannot be returned or exchanged.
