The Jiofit Promise

Bespoke Commissions

These terms apply to every bespoke commission.

• Design Finalisation: Any alterations to the selected design, fabric choice, or detailing once production has started will incur an additional fee starting at 50% of the initial cost to cover reworked labour and materials.
• No External Fabrics: Jiofit sources every fabric used in a commission. We do not work with fabric supplied by the client.
• Caring for Delicate Materials: Lace and illusion mesh are delicate. Once a garment is handed over, caring for it is the wearer's responsibility.
• Fitting Sessions: Please set aside unhurried time for physical fittings so we can get the fit right.
• Returns Policy on Custom Pieces: Because bespoke garments are precisely tailored to a single individual, all orders are strictly non-refundable and final once the deposit is paid and fabric acquisition has begun.
• Collection Window: We ask that all final garments be collected within two weeks of completion notifications. Pieces uncollected after 28 days will be reassigned or donated to charity.

Pricing & Payment Structure

• Starting Rates: Our bespoke tier begins at ₦850,000. Fully hand-beaded pieces start at ₦1,500,000.
• Commitment Deposit: A non-refundable 80% deposit is required to secure your production slot and start work on the garment.
• Final Balance: The balance of your invoice must be paid in full before the garment is collected or dispatched.

Consultations

• Advance Booking: Book your first session at least six months before a wedding or major event. That leaves time to source fabric and fit the garment more than once.
• Meeting Structure: Consultations take place over video or in person at our Lagos studio. Physical fittings at the studio are complimentary, by appointment.
• Consultation Fee: The virtual consultation carries an upfront fee of ₦200,000 (£106 / $148 outside Nigeria), payable at booking.
• Garment Credit: Should you proceed to commission a garment, 50% of your consultation fee is credited against your final invoice. The remaining 50% is retained as the consultation fee itself and is non-refundable.
• Credit Validity: The credit is valid for six months from the date of your consultation and applies to a single commission. If you do not proceed within that window, the fee is retained in full and no credit is carried forward.

Shop Essentials (Ready-to-Wear)

• Dispatch Speeds: Essentials usually dispatch within 2–4 business days in Nigeria. International orders can take up to 10 days to prepare before they ship.
• Global Delivery & Taxes: Jiofit ships worldwide. The purchaser pays any import duties or tariffs charged by the destination country.
• Exchanges & Store Credit: Essentials may be exchanged for store credit if they are completely unworn, tagged, and returned to us within 24 hours for Lagos clients (72 hours elsewhere in Nigeria). Sale items are non-returnable.
